Lead generation and paid traffic, set up in your accounts
Getaasloo Lead Desk covers four related services: search ads, paid social, landing pages with forms, and lead tracking with follow-up setup. You can request any one of them. Everything is built in accounts registered to your business, so the campaigns, audiences, pixels and data stay yours if the arrangement ends. Ad spend goes from your card to the platforms. The service fee covers setup and ongoing management, and the partner who does the work quotes it once the scope is clear.
The services at a glance
- Search ads management. Keyword research, campaign structure, ad copy, negative keywords, bids and budgets in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
- Paid social campaigns. Audiences, creative, placements and on-platform lead forms in Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Landing pages and forms. Single-offer pages, short forms, thank-you pages and form routing.
- Lead tracking and follow-up. Conversion tags, GA4 events, call tracking and a CRM handoff in tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive.
Each service has its own page with what is included and what you provide.
Google and Microsoft ads
New account setup or cleanup of an existing one, then ongoing management. You keep admin access to the account the whole time.
Feed advertising
Ads in social feeds for people who were not searching yet. A partner plans the creative, audiences and tracking.
Page builds
Copy, layout, form setup and tracking for new landing pages, or fixes to pages you already send paid traffic to.
Conversion tracking
Google Tag Manager, GA4, the Meta pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag set up, tested and documented in your accounts.
Starting with what you already have
Most engagements begin by looking at the accounts and pages you have today.
- Send your request and list the ad accounts, analytics and CRM tools you use now.
- The service partner may ask for read-only access so they can see how things are set up.
- They explain what they would keep, fix or rebuild, and what that means for scope.
- You receive a quote for that work and choose whether to proceed.
Where the hours go
A management fee pays for time, so it helps to know where the time goes. Setup takes the most: building campaigns, writing ads, building pages and testing tracking until each conversion fires once and only once. After launch, the regular work is checking search terms, audiences, budgets and creative on each platform, so more channels means more hours. Tracking that touches a CRM or phone system takes longer to build and to keep working. Reporting is the last piece; a short monthly summary is lighter than weekly meetings with custom dashboards. Ad spend is a separate matter, paid by you to the platforms.
Good to know
Who writes the ads?
The service partner usually drafts ad copy and creative from what you tell it about your offer and buyers. You approve drafts before they go live. You are responsible for the claims in them being accurate, so check prices, offers and any regulated wording. Some businesses supply their own photos or video; others ask the partner to source them.
My industry has ad restrictions. Can this still work?
Often, with care. Ad platforms restrict or add rules for areas such as health, financial services, housing, employment, credit, legal services, alcohol and gambling. Some require advertiser verification or limit targeting. Mention your industry in the request so the service partner can say what is possible. Whether specific claims are lawful is a question for your own counsel.
Do I need consent before sending follow-up texts to new leads?
Generally yes. Marketing calls and texts to people who fill in a form fall under consent rules, including the federal TCPA and some state laws. Setting up the right consent wording and records is the advertiser's responsibility, and the details should come from your own counsel. A service partner can build the form fields and record what was agreed. The FCC publishes consumer guidance on robocalls and texts.
Does this site sell leads or contact lists?
No. The services here build and run advertising in your own accounts, so inquiries come to you directly from people who saw your ads. Nothing on this site sells contact lists, shared leads or data gathered from other sources.
Which ad platforms are covered?
Requests usually involve Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising for search, and Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager for paid social. Tracking typically runs through GA4 and Google Tag Manager, with leads passed to a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive. Mention any other platform you use in your request.
Ready to hand off the setup? Send a short brief and get a quote. Nothing is agreed until you accept it.
Send your briefRequest a quote
Ad work is easier to quote when the request covers three things: the offer, the audience and the current setup.
